PukekoBlue provided project start-up strategic advice and peer reviewed the concept development phase of this exciting 'green community' initiative in Auckland.
An expanding, caravan-sized, mobile environmental classroom - jam-packed with lots of fun, interactive exhibits and experiences, The Tread Lightly Caravan (TLC) is due to hit the road early in 2010. The experience promotes a crucial educational message in this day and age - that our everyday lifestyle choices make a difference and people need to work together to protect our environment.
Green-powered and fired up by the superb vision and passion of the Urban Ecoliving Trust, the TLC will visit schools and community events and target (educationally) 8-12 year olds. But there are lots of interesting activities and educational material for age ranges from 0 through to 90 (and beyond).
