Ingredients:
Chill all the ingredients and the shot glass
1 part Grenadine
1 part Peach Schnapps
1 part Blue Curacao
Instructions:
1. Pour the Grenadine into a chilled shot glass.
2. Tilt the glass and with a steady hand ‘float' the Peach Schnapps on top
3. Tilt the glass and with a steady hand ‘float' the Curacao on top of that - creating a layered effect
Ingredients:
2 oz Rum
1/4 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 packet of green or blue jelly (optional)
1 cup boiling water (optional)
3/4 cup Vodka (optional)
Instructions:
1. Pour the Rum, Blue Curacao and juices into a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake well
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve with optional ‘surprise'
The Surprise: (optional)
Prepare this ahead of time so that it's ready when you've finished shaking the Swamp Water...
1. Dissolve the jelly in boiling water
2. Add the Vodka and set it in the freezer
3. Just before the jelly gels up, whip it with a whisk
4. Let it set for at least 5 minutes
5. Carefully spoon into a glass of Swamp Water
